Speaker Bio:
Terry Rowinski is a Proven executive/operator who has successfully restructured, launched, and led high-performing businesses for public and privately held companies.  Participated in or led multiple capital raises partnering with early-stage, private equity, or venture capital groups which led to successful exits.
As President of HPS, Terry’s focus is providing compassionate, consistent, relatable leadership that engages, inspires, and encourages growth within all levels of the organization.  His people-centric approach consistently yields positive bottom-line results by influencing hard-to-control costs such as turnover, productivity and waste.
Holly Baumgart is Vice President of Strategy at Sargento Foods Inc. In this position, Holly is responsible for strategic planning, providing strategic direction to all business units and mergers & acquisitions . Previously, Holly served as the Vice President of Information Technology and led all aspects of technology, including digital transformation, information security and business intelligence.
Before joining the Sargento Family in 2016, Holly worked at the Harley Davidson Motor Company as Director of IT Strategy. Previously, she also served as Senior Manager in Technology and Security Risk Services at Ernst & Young.
Kathy Henrich is the CEO of the MKE Tech Hub Coalition, a non-profit focused on inclusively doubling tech talent in the Milwaukee region in order to create enduring economic success and life changing jobs.  Kathy has held several executive roles including leading sales and partnership organizations over $500M.  In 2018, Kathy received her Master's in workforce and talent development, specifically focused on preparing the workforce for an era of AI and automation.  Most recently, she utilized that background to help corporate clients of Accenture to transform their talent while undergoing digital transformation. In addition to the work with MKE Tech Hub Coalition, Kathy is very involved in the community including sitting on boards at Wisconsin Startup Coalition, Tech United, and Wisconsin Policy Forum
Brian M. Melter is the Chief Experience Officer for Landmark Credit Union, Brian leads the teams and overall strategy for all aspects of the public and member experience for Wisconsin’s largest credit union and one of the top 30 credit unions in the country.  This includes leading over 475 associates responsible for all aspects of the branch experience and operations; marketing and communication; deposit product development; digital properties including the public websites, mobile experience, and online banking platforms; a multi-channel contact center; and the Landmark Investment Center.
Prior to joining Landmark, Brian was the Senior Vice President and General Manager, Digital Solutions at Fiserv.  In his role at Fiserv, Brian led the ongoing enhancement and development of industry leading digital and mobile platforms used by banks and credit unions throughout the United States.
Creamheld Pepito(Cream) is the Chief Technology Officer at Tuft and Needle.  She brings to T&N a wealth of technology and leadership experience. Most recently, she was the Vice President of Engineering at Northwestern Mutual (NM) where she led high performing teams that powered Northwestern Mutual’s mission with effective and relevant technology solutions. Before coming to NM, Cream was Vice President and Systems Architect at R.W. Baird. Throughout her career, she has led various technology-enabled transformations for companies in Financial Services, Fin Tech, Logistics and Manufacturing, and has worked for companies in the Philippines, Japan and the United States.
